Consultation / Survey

One of our knowledgeable and professional Technical Experts will visit you in your home to discuss your assisted requirements and what options we can offer you. In addition, they will conduct a home survey to obtain the dimensions of your bathroom so we can ensure our design will both meet your needs and indeed, fit! Our consultation allows us to gather as much information as possible so we can return to the office and design a solution that meets your needs, your home and your budget.

Design

We will develop a comprehensive technical drawing, which can be digitally downloaded via email and will also be sent through to you in the post. This will be accompanied by the survey, a full scope of works and your full quote. We pride ourselves in being transparent and guarantee full costs will be disclosed at this time – there will be no hidden expenses down the line. If you are happy with all of the paperwork and wish to go ahead with your new bathroom, we will arrange to visit you one last time.

Second Home Visit

When we revisit you in your home, we will discuss the cosmetic and aesthetically pleasing side of the installation, giving you the opportunity to choose your wall board and flooring colours/designs. If furniture is part of your bathroom design, you will also get to see exactly what you are getting BEFORE you sign your contract with us. Once you are completely satisfied with the design, aesthetics and price, you will sign the contract and we will confirm your installation date shortly after.

Of course. Whether we are fitting a walk-in bath, walk-in shower or full accessible bathroom / wet room, we will remove and dispose of your old bathroom  equipment, fittings and furnishings as part of our service to you.

At present we don’t. We are however looking to offer finance options in the future.

Walk-in baths vary – some walk-in baths have seats only and some allow you to lay down. We will help you to find the perfect bathing solution for you, which will both meet your needs and the dimensions of your bathroom.

In short, yes. You will need to enter your walk-in bath prior to filling it and wait for it to empty before you exit it too. It can take a little time, but the reward of a  relaxing soak is always worth it.

On the agreed date of your installation, our qualified and professional team of bathroom fitters will arrive with the products required to fit your new accessible bathroom or wet room. You will not be required to accept delivery and store goods prior to your installation date.

A walk-in bath is an easy to enter bath that has low level entry, grab rails and slip resistant flooring to ensure a safe and enjoyable bathing experience for those with mobility needs.

A wet room is an open shower room, where the shower is the same level as the bathroom floor, making it completely accessible for those with mobility needs. Showers can sit behind a single wall or screen if you prefer. Our wet rooms are equipped with slip resistant tiling and can be enhanced with a shower seat and grab rails as required.

Wet rooms provide easy access for those with mobility needs. They are space saving as they do not require a bath or shower and they are easy to clean too.

Each design in bespoke and, as such, installation times do vary. That being said, a full mobility bathroom is usually fitted in four working days.
