  • Use non-abrasive cleaners and soft cloths.
  • Rinse thoroughly to avoid residue.
  • Check for mould or mildew in corners or seals.
  • Door Leaks (Walk-in Tubs): Ensure seals are clean and undamaged.
  • Clogged Drains: Use a safe drain cleaner or call a plumber.
  • Wear and Tear on Seats or Bars: Inspect regularly and replace if damaged.

Most products come with warranties ranging from 1–10 years. Review terms for coverage on parts, labour, and manufacturing defects.

Inspect every 6–12 months to ensure they remain securely fixed and in good condition.

Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals like bleach that can damage finishes or seals.

Run a cleaning cycle with a tub-safe cleaner every month to remove residue and keep jets functioning properly.
